Refund policy

If there are any issues with your order please reach out and we will work to find a solution.

If you have placed an order by mistake, please reach out within 12 hours to cancel it at no charge. After this the item has begun production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

If there is a defect in the order you received, please reach out within 14 days of receiving it and include pictures of the damaged or defected item. Aside from manufacturer defects, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

In the event the wrong address is provided at time of ordering, the shipment will be returned to printer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed. If there is a missing package that shows as delivered by the tracking number or the package arrives damaged, a claim will be opened with the postal service but unfortunately a re-print cannot be offered.
